🔄 Order Cancellation

At UnBounde, we work fast to get your order shipped as soon as possible. For that reason:

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • After this window, your order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel within the 2-hour window, please contact us immediately at support@unbounde.cc.

📦 Change of Mind – Returns

We understand — sometimes you change your mind. That’s why we offer a 14-day return window after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You must contact our support team first to receive the appropriate return instructions and return address

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

🚚 Product Not Delivered

Our estimated delivery time is:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 7–12 business days

If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 days, we kindly ask for a few extra days of patience (up to 19 days), as delays can occur due to customs, weather, or local courier issues.

🛑 If your order still hasn’t arrived after 19 days, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
